Holy is a church management software platform that provides tools for member management, online giving, event management, and communications. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of your billing period.

The Holy service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Emito Consulting Service LLC and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Emito Consulting Service LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
